Natasia does not currently offer returns on any items offered on our site, unless the items are defective. All defective products must be returned in their original packaging and with all related accessories included. All denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee for returns. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

All defective return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
